Eric Tay

Eric Tay has over 23 years of experience in manufacturing, holding progressive roles in operations excellence, supplier quality engineering, and quality assurance. Currently a Senior Product Quality Manager at Microsoft, they contribute to the launch of innovative products like HoloLens and Xbox while managing end-to-end supply chain processes. Previously, at ON Semiconductor, Eric led quality assurance and supplier quality initiatives, achieving significant operational improvements. Eric is a Certified Quality Engineer and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Malaya.
