Erica Fox is a seasoned sales and technical professional currently serving as the Director, Global Black Belt for Microsoft 365, where they focus on advancing Microsoft's Copilot for M365 initiative. Previously, they worked as a Microsoft Solutions Sales Executive at Yorktel, contributing to the development of the Microsoft practice and establishing partnerships in the Teams Rooms initiative. Their experience also includes roles as an Account Executive at Whitlock and Regional Sales Manager at TOTAL Marketing, where they significantly expanded client bases and drove business growth.
