Erik Hill

Senior Software Engineer

Erik Hill is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, working on AR apps such as Remote Assist and Guides since 2019. Previously, Erik contributed to innovative projects at Nintendo from 2015 to 2019, including the development of Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. Before transitioning into software engineering, Erik worked as an English Teacher in various educational startups from 2006 to 2014, where they managed curriculum design and trained new teachers. Additionally, Erik was a weekly guest on a radio program about language and culture in 2014. Erik holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Utsunomiya University and a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from San Jose State University.
