Eva Chen

Eva Chen is currently the Chief of Staff for Microsoft 365 Copilot Ecosystem, where they focus on business management, communication, and leadership enablement. With extensive experience at Microsoft since 2006, Eva has held various roles, including Senior Business Manager, Senior Product Planner, and Chief of Staff in different departments, driving strategies to optimize operational efficiency and product adoption, particularly in the Chinese market. Eva also contributed as a Marketing Manager at Unisono China and as a Senior Product Manager at CompTIA, where they defined product strategies and engaged stakeholders to enhance business outcomes. They earned an MBA in International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago.
