Fatima Kardar has over two decades of experience at Microsoft, currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Gaming AI, where the focus is on responsible AI integration in gaming to enhance creator and player experiences. Previous roles include Corporate Vice President of AI Infrastructure and Partnerships, where leadership guided AI strategies across key platforms, and Chief Technical Advisor to the CTO, where strategic initiatives aimed at driving technology and cultural change were executed. Fatima's career began at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Junior System Analyst/Programmer. Fatima holds an MBA from Duke University and a BSc in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
