Felix Guevarez

Felix Guevarez is a Datacenter Security Operations Manager at Microsoft, where they oversee the implementation of physical security policies across multiple datacenters. With over two decades of experience, their career began in the U.S. Marine Corps and continued through 21 years in law enforcement with the Fairfax County Sheriff's Office. Prior to their current role, they served as an Area Security Manager for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., managing security operations for the Microsoft CO+I account. Felix is dedicated to fostering a security culture grounded in trust and operational excellence. They continue their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
