Francis Tan

Francis Tan is currently a Senior Data Scientist in Behavioral Analytics at Microsoft, where they leverage expertise in machine learning, SQL, Python, and R to solve complex business problems. Prior to this role, they served as a Data Analyst II and a Business & Systems Analyst 2 at Microsoft, contributing to machine learning model development. Francis also has a background in project management and data analytics from Discovery Digital Networks, where they created executive dashboards and automated reporting tools. They earned an MBA in Analytics from the University of San Francisco and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science at UC Irvine.
