Francisco Vales

Francisco Vales is a Copilot Solution Engineer at Microsoft, where they leverage their extensive background in business and engineering. They earned an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, focusing on Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Previously, Francisco worked in supply chain management and project management at Heineken Mexico for four years, where they led various continuous improvement initiatives. They are also a graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In addition to their professional pursuits, Francisco is passionate about sports, outdoor activities, and supports the foundation Aprendamos Juntos, which aids students with disabilities.
