Frank Frascella is a Managing Director for the Fintech banking business within Microsoft’s Financial Services Industry Organization, where they lead a team of Enterprise Sellers focused on leveraging AI to achieve customer success. With over 25 years of experience in sales and enterprise solutions, Frank has previously held roles at Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors, and BMC Software, among others. Frank’s past experience as an Enterprise Security Executive at Microsoft involved shaping cybersecurity strategies for prominent financial institutions. They hold a BA in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Central Florida.
