Gary Ranne

Gary Ranne is currently a Support Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where they manage a team of engineers providing support for Microsoft Browsers and Web Client technologies. They previously held various roles at Microsoft, including Sr. Escalation Engineer and Support Escalation Engineer, where they specialized in Internet development support. Prior to Microsoft, Gary served in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Specialist, focusing on instrument and flight control systems. They also gained experience as a Sr. Service Engineer at Lord Label Systems and as a Field Service Engineer at Omnifax, working in telecommunications and equipment repair.
