Gary Rudd

Gary Rudd is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, where they have been responsible for establishing repair and refurbishment support processes, particularly for the Surface and Xbox product families. Previously, they served as the Regional Service Manager for Microsoft Australia, overseeing operational and service performance across multiple locations in the Asia Pacific and Japan. Additionally, Gary held the position of VP of Business Programs at Teleplan, where they created a new business function and implemented process efficiencies. They are currently pursuing an HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Southampton Technical College.
