Gints Salaks has a diverse background in business integrity and compliance, with a focus on leveraging machine learning and AI to enhance business processes and build trust among stakeholders. They began their career as a Special Projects Manager at the Law Office of Grube & Strautins, where they developed internal network structures and introduced new technologies. Gints held various roles, including Owner of Cronos Consulting and Director of Business Programs at Microsoft, where they currently lead operations for Microsoft Devices. They obtained a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Washington.
