Gopikrishna Kannan

Gopikrishna Kannan is a Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in Kernel, Windows Mobile, and Data-center Networking. They began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, later working as a Software Engineer at Eclipse Networks and a Senior Engineer at Mercury Corporation. Gopikrishna held multiple senior program management roles at Microsoft, where they significantly contributed to innovative networking solutions and cloud efficiency. Currently, they serve as Principal Program Manager, leading go-to-market efforts for Azure Firewall and Firewall Manager. Gopikrishna earned a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology and a PGSEM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
