Greg Shaw is the founding editor at 8080 Books, an imprint of Microsoft, and at Clyde Hill Publishing. They authored *Last One Walking: The Life of Cherokee Community Leader Charlie Soap*, released by OU Press in November 2024, and published their first poetry collection, *Rust in August*, in 2023. Greg has co-authored several influential books, including *Hit Refresh* and *Reprogramming the American Dream*, and collaborated with notable figures such as Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla. They served as publisher and CEO of Crosscut.com and held various executive roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where they led significant initiatives to improve the lives of low-income families. Greg holds a B.A. in journalism from Northeastern State University and continues their education at The Johns Hopkins University.
