Helen Pickup

Helen Pickup is the Director of Program Management for Microsoft Global Business Support, a position held since 2013. With a robust background in customer service and technical support, Helen has held various roles at Microsoft, including Director of Client Services and International Systems Analyst. Earlier in their career, Helen worked as a Systems Analyst at Nixdorf and contributed to J Sainsbury in computer implementation.
