Heon Choi

Heon (Joon) Choi is an experienced technical professional with a background in data science and engineering. Choi has held various positions, including Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where machine-learning applications for optical proximity correction and recipe optimization were developed. As a Principal Engineer in OPC, Choi performed computational lithography simulation and optimized resolution enhancement techniques. At Amazon, Choi served as a Data Scientist before joining Microsoft as a Senior Data Scientist. Additionally, Choi has been an instructor at the University of Washington, teaching data mining and predictive analytics.
