Hetal Hiren

Hetal Hiren is a result-driven software engineering leader with a passion for innovation and solving complex technical challenges. They have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, inclusive teams, focusing on enhancing the scalability, availability, and reliability of mission-critical financial systems at Microsoft. Hetal's previous experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Atrio Systems and a Business Intelligence Developer at T-Mobile. They also served as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Premera Blue Cross and held multiple positions at Microsoft, culminating in a Principal Software Engineering Manager role. Hetal is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Oakland University.
