Hoa Do Thi is currently the CMO Lead at Microsoft, where they manage diverse marketing disciplines including demand generation and content marketing. Previously, Hoa served as the Country Head of Marketing & Communications at IBM Vietnam, focusing on brand development and market leadership, and as the Marketing Communications Manager at Siemens AG Representation Vietnam, where they executed strategic campaigns for the infrastructure and cities portfolio. Prior to these roles, Hoa was a Sales Marketing Coordinator at Siemens Pte Ltd Singapore, supporting marketing strategies across the ASEAN region.
