Irina Ghose

Irina Ghose is the Managing Director of Microsoft India, responsible for engaging with various industry verticals and driving innovation and digital transformation through Microsoft's solution areas. Irina is also the Founder of MyLittleBit, a philanthropic foundation focused on education and job initiatives for underprivileged girls since 2010. Previously, Irina held multiple leadership roles at Microsoft, including Chief Operating Officer, where Irina managed end-to-end operations and developed go-to-market strategies. Irina's extensive experience in the technology sector also includes roles at Wipro, Tata Steel, and HCL Infosystems, as well as serving as a Trustee for SonderConnect, an organization dedicated to empowering women founders globally.
