Irina Oprea

Irina Oprea is a Partner Technical Advisor at Microsoft, a position held since 2022. Prior to joining Microsoft, Irina coordinated the Contact Center Development Department at BCR and held various roles there, including Digital Platforms Expert and Specialist Management Contact Center. Irina also gained experience as a Telesales Officer and Supervisor at Telemobil SA and as a Team Leader Customer Service at Relad International Pharma. They earned a degree in Communication and Public Relations from the National School for Political and Administrative Studies and a degree in Environmental Economy from the Academy of Economic Studies.
