Jaakko Salonen

Jaakko Salonen is the Director of Business Management at Microsoft, where they lead the Business Management team for the MCAPS Enablement & Operations exec office. Previously, Jaakko held various roles including Director of Learning & People Operations and Senior Business Program Manager, overseeing workforce planning and employee development for an organization of over 1500 people. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jaakko worked at Nokia as a Sales Compensation Manager and Junior Analyst, and at Alko Oy as a Salesperson. Jaakko earned a B.Sc. in Management and Marketing from the Turku School of Economics.
