Jack Chen

Jack Chen is the Associate General Counsel of U.S. Immigration at Microsoft, where they lead a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting the immigration needs of Microsoft's employees and advancing immigration reform. With a background as an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP and Tafapolsky & Smith LLP, Jack has extensive experience in corporate law and employment-based immigration. In addition to their role at Microsoft, they serve as an Advisory Board Member for The Conference Board's Labor Markets Center, where they contribute to research on labor market trends and policies. Jack holds a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a BA from Northwestern University.
