Jacqueline Goodwin, M.A., is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and learning and development. Currently a Senior Marketing Manager at Microsoft, they lead efforts in Sales Skilling while serving as a Certified Professional Coach within the company.
