Previously, they served as the Xbox UK and Ireland Category Director and held several positions focused on marketing and audience insights for Bing and Xbox. James began their career in event marketing at Job Serve Events and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Marketing from Bournemouth University, where they graduated with honors. Currently, they are pursuing further education in marketing at Bournemouth University.
