James Reed

James Reed is a Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, specializing in assisting education customers with their transition to Microsoft cloud services, particularly focusing on the Modern Workplace. They previously held various technical roles at Emory University, where they architected and managed Microsoft 365 and Azure services within a large academic and healthcare environment. Prior to that, James worked as a Network Administrator for the University System of Georgia and managed systems at Rugby Laboratories Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science and later a Master of Library & Information Science from The University of Alabama.
