Janet Chen

Janet Chen is currently the Head of HR for the Greater China Region at Microsoft, where they develop and oversee the people strategy in collaboration with country leaders and various corporate teams. Previously, Janet served as the China HR Director at Microsoft and held multiple HR leadership roles at Nestlé, including HR Head for Global Business Units and Head of HR for the Food & Beverage Division. Their extensive experience in human resources spans areas such as recruitment, people development, and industrial relations.
