Dr. Jared Fox is a Senior Program Manager for Culture and Inclusion at Microsoft, where they lead initiatives to empower communities and drive impact within the company. Jared partners with employee resource groups and senior leaders to create inclusive environments. They earned their doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, focusing on systems-level change, and previously served as the first Associate Director of LGBTQ Equity at the NYC Department of Education. With a background as a high school English teacher in New Orleans, Jared's career demonstrates a commitment to equity and culture. They currently reside in New York City with their husband, Ralph, and their fur baby, Dorothy.
