Jason Prater

Jason Prater is currently the Principal Security Engineer Lead at Microsoft, a role they began in 2024. Prior to this, Jason held various positions at Microsoft, including Senior Security PM Manager and Principal GPM, from 2017 to 2021. They also served as AVP, Director of Threat and Vulnerability Management at Fidelity National Financial from 2022 to 2024. With earlier experience as Systems Engineering Manager at Oceans' Edge and as a Team Lead at ManTech, Jason has built a diverse career in security and engineering. In 2021, Jason took a sabbatical before continuing their professional journey in the field.
