Javier Guillen has extensive experience in data analytics, software development, and education. Beginning as an E-Commerce Developer at Stephen Gordet & Associates, Javier progressed to hold significant roles, including Senior Software Developer at John W Henry & Company, Inc., Senior Business Intelligence Architect at III Capital Management, and Architect/Practice Manager at Mariner. Javier further advanced to leadership positions such as Principal at BlueGranite, Director of Data & AI at Microsoft, and Director of Cloud & AI - Health & Life Sciences at Microsoft.
