Jay Russo, M.Ed., is an award-winning eLearning instructional designer and technical writer with expertise in crafting engaging multimedia learning experiences. They have a successful track record in various instructional design roles at organizations such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and Huntington National Bank, where they enhanced content development processes and mentored colleagues. As the cohost of the podcast "Two Guys to the Dark Tower Came," Jay engages in discussions about Stephen King’s works, demonstrating a strong blend of leadership, graphic design, and technical skills. Currently, Jay is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Literature at the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Instructional Design at UMass Boston.
