Jay Tan

Jay Tan is a Senior Writer and Design Program Manager at Microsoft, where they focus on enhancing communication and driving cultural shifts through storytelling. With a rich background in leadership from their time as an Operations Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, Jay has developed strong skills in community building and program management. They also serve as President and Artistic Director of a dance education organization, mentoring dancers and promoting cultural connection through the arts. Jay's educational journey includes degrees in Economics Consulting and Business Analytics from Indiana University, and ongoing studies in storytelling at The Story Skills Workshop.
