Jayant Modi

Jayant Modi is a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they have contributed to the Query Understanding team for Bing's Local Search experience. They previously held roles as a Software Development Engineer and Senior Data Scientist at Microsoft and Oracle Corporation, respectively. Jayant completed their B.Tech in Electronics and Communication at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and earned their HSC in Science from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Kolkata. They have experience building classifiers and machine learning models to enhance search functionalities across multiple markets.
