Jayaprakash Jothiraman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech industry, having worked as a Project Leader at Cybernet Software System Inc from 2001 to 2003. From 2008 to 2022, Jayaprakash held multiple roles at Microsoft, including Sr Escalation Engineer, Sr Support Lead, Technical Lead, and Principal Site Reliability Engineer.
