Jean Scott is a Customer Success and Innovation Enabler leading a customer-centered team dedicated to empowering government through advanced technology. With experience at Microsoft from 2012 to 2013 as a Business Productivity Solutions Executive, Jean focused on improving communications and collaboration for the Federal Government. Previously, Jean held various positions within Microsoft, including National Director, Digital Workplace, where they worked closely with public sector leaders to promote technology adoption. Jean earned a Bachelor of Education in Education and Information Technology from Northern College and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from OISE, University of Toronto.
