Jeff Grindel

Jeff Grindel is a Senior Quality Engineer at Microsoft, currently working in the Azure AI division. They hold both a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they focused on computers and microelectronics. Jeff’s experience includes internships at Bechtel, BAE Systems, and Intel, where they contributed to projects in digital hardware design, post-silicon hardware validation, and automation improvements. Notably, Jeff was involved in a successful summer project with the McGill Arctic Research Station that evaluated the viability of a wind generation station for powering research efforts in the Arctic.
