Jen Zamora

Jen Zamora is a seasoned content program manager, content designer, and UX writer with over 20 years of experience in developing human-centered content across various platforms. Previously, they worked at Microsoft as a visual designer and site manager, where they created customer assistance visuals and managed editorial content strategies. Currently, Jen serves as a senior content program manager and senior content designer at Microsoft, focusing on compelling content solutions for Microsoft 365 products. They are also pursuing a B.A. in English at the University of Washington and an M.A. in Communications at Colorado State University.
