Jess Richter

Jess Richter, CCSP, serves as the Director Specialist for Cybersecurity at Microsoft since February 2018, focusing on comprehensive security solutions for cloud and hybrid environments. Prior to Microsoft, Jess held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at DarkLight, where efforts were concentrated on engaging cybersecurity teams with AI-based technology. Experience also includes being the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Lieberman Software, where Jess facilitated strategic partnerships leading to a significant accolade as Microsoft's Partner of the Year. Earlier roles feature consulting as Chief Executive at CapitolSolutions, enterprise software sales at Peregrine Systems, and director-level positions focusing on client services and sales at various organizations, including Micro Warehouse, Inc. Jess earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the University of Rochester and completed graduate studies in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Western Connecticut State University.
