Jessica Rafuse

Jessica Rafuse is an accessibility leader with extensive experience in various roles focused on inclusivity and advocacy. They served as a manager for EO Initiatives at Starbucks and as a director of Strategic Partnerships & Policy at Microsoft. Their commitment to disability rights is reflected in their board member positions at Disability Rights Washington and the ACLU of Washington. Jessica also held judicial roles at the EEOC and contributed to investigations at the University of Washington's Complaint Investigation and Resolution Office. They hold a BA in Art History and Spanish from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
