Jie Pan is currently a Senior TPM at Microsoft and has been with the company since 2022. Before this role, Jie served as an Optical Product Line Manager at Nokia from 2018 to 2022, where they oversaw the 1830 PSS photonic line infrastructure program. Jie was a Senior Engineer in R&D System Architecture at ADVA Optical Networking from 2014 to 2018, focusing on real-time transmission impairments characterization. Jie holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's degree in Computational Science from Miami University.
