Jim Barber is a passionate servant-leader, technologist, and program manager with a diverse background in both military and corporate environments. They served as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy from 1988 to 1993, where they directed a 12-man aircrew and supervised a division of maintenance personnel. Barber held various roles at Microsoft from 2000 onward, including Director and Customer Experience Principal Program Manager, contributing significantly to the Microsoft 365 Incident and Change Communication program.
