Joe Dunn is a strategic leader in employee listening and culture transformation with a Master's in I/O Psychology and nearly 20 years of experience driving engagement and impact. Currently, as a Principal Consultant at Microsoft, Joe partners with major clients to enhance employee engagement through Viva Glint. Prior to this role, Joe served over a decade in various corporate positions at HCA Healthcare and worked as a consultant with Deloitte. Joe has also held a Senior Consultant position with LinkedIn and began their career as a Research Analyst at The Myers Group.
