At Microsoft, they serve as the Technology Center Director for Silicon Valley, leading a team that empowers digital transformation and boosts cloud growth. Joel’s career is marked by a strong focus on fostering cross-functional collaborations to achieve strategic goals and customer satisfaction. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Taylor University while also working towards an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate from Stanford University.
