Joey Wang

Joey Wang is currently a Principal Corporate Counsel responsible for managing internal business and regulatory investigations in the U.S. They have served as a Regional Compliance Attorney at Microsoft, overseeing investigations throughout Asia, and previously held roles at Gilead Sciences as Director of Litigation and Investigations and Senior Counsel for Legal and Business Conduct in the JAPAC region. Joey's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, where they focused on compliance and patent prosecution, respectively. They obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and hold master's degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Computer Science from Stony Brook University. Their academic background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Beijing Normal University.
