John de Havilland is currently the General Manager of Digital and App Innovation at Microsoft, where they lead efforts in the NorthEast region to support developers and software engineering teams in building innovative solutions using the Microsoft Cloud platform. Previously, they served as a Cloud Customer Success Director, managing a team focused on ensuring Azure customer success and retention while also holding roles as a Cloud Solution Architect and Data Solution Architect at Microsoft. Prior to their tenure at Microsoft, John was a Technical Architect at Accenture, where they led teams developing custom enterprise insurance systems. They hold a degree in Computer and Management Science as well as a BS in Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
