Jon Lessard, CSP, is a seasoned leader in health, safety, and environmental management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of EHS at Microsoft, Lessard manages a global ESH team focused on cloud operations, construction, and innovation. Previously, as Head of Construction Safety at Amazon, oversight was maintained for 1200 construction safety programs across North America and beyond. Notable achievements include launching the first Construction Management Summit and significantly decreasing incident rates during a tenure at Jacobs Engineering. Additional leadership roles at SNC-Lavalin, Republic Steel, and Stantec further showcase expertise in safety program development and organizational transformation. Lessard holds a BS in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology, a Master's in Occupational Safety & Health Engineering, and an A.A.S. in Fire Science.
