Jordan Gimbel

Jordan Gimbel is an experienced in-house legal leader currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Microsoft, where they lead the Open Innovation team within the Legal Organization. Previously, they held key legal roles at Twitch as Deputy General Counsel and Data Protection Officer, and at Yahoo! as Head of Global Brand Protection. Jordan's background includes significant experience in intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and litigation, having worked at notable firms such as Jones Day and the Max Planck Institute. They are also a former Fulbright Scholar and have held advisory roles in various organizations, including Boatsetter. Jordan earned a JD in Law from Pepperdine University and multiple LLM degrees from Stockholm University.
