Jorge Cabeza

Jorge Cabeza is a senior executive with over two decades of experience in business transformation, cloud technology, and AI at Microsoft, currently serving as the General Manager for the Latin America Cloud and AI Platform. In this role, Jorge drives Microsoft’s regional strategy focused on empowering small and medium enterprises to innovate and adopt responsible AI solutions. Previously, Jorge led corporate sales strategies, managed a $1B+ business, and built high-performing teams across various leadership positions at Microsoft. Additionally, Jorge contributes as a Board Member for the CYBERSEC Cluster in Costa Rica and is actively involved in the Technology Advisory Council at Monokera. Jorge holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including INSEAD and Northwestern University.
