Josefina Recondo

Josefina Recondo has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Americas Talent Development Director and formerly as the Global Talent Development Director for Commercial Solutions & Customer Experience & Success at Microsoft since April 2014. Prior to Microsoft, Josefina Recondo held various HR leadership roles at Nokia, including Geo HR Director for LATAM and Head of HR for the LTA South area. Earlier career experience includes positions at Repsol as HR Business Partner, Durrieu Law Firm as Assistant, and Icero.com as Editor. Josefina Recondo's educational background includes a degree in Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from Universidad de Belgrano, and a certification in HR Excellence from Cornell University. Additionally, Josefina Recondo has a technical degree in Journalism from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
