Joseph Downs

Joseph Downs is a senior content designer with extensive experience in UX design, writing, and content strategy. Currently employed at Microsoft, they previously held senior content design roles at Personio and 14 for SEAT & CUPRA, focusing on user experience and collaboration with product design teams. Joseph began their career in retail sales and has since developed a diverse skill set through various roles, including marketing data specialist, editor, and ESL teacher. Joseph earned a Master’s degree in UX-UI Design from KSchool and a Bachelor’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Dublin City University.
