Kanani Donaldson

Kanani Donaldson is an experienced training manager and program manager with a strong background in instructional design and development across various industries. Since March 2017, Kanani has served as Manager of Training at the University of Washington, while simultaneously managing programs for Microsoft Global HR Staffing and Operations since July 2010. Previous roles include Wireless Operations National Trainer at T Wireless, where extensive training programs were developed to train over 1,000 sales associates, and a similar training capacity at HouseValues as Design & Development Training Manager. With a career spanning several companies, Kanani has successfully implemented projects to improve training processes, managed vendor relationships, and contributed to significant training initiatives that drove operational improvements and revenue growth.
